In fact, the Phoenix blade I ordered was faulty and could not be set on any launcher, but when I emailed the store about it, they immediately replied and agreed to send me a replacement blade for Sora right away.

And I am Japanese and live in Japan, so the store promptly shipped the replacement blades to me, all free of charge, including shipping costs.

Of course, the replacement blade set up beautifully on the launcher.

I am truly grateful for this series of gentlemanly responses, and I could see how honest and truthful the store was in dealing with me, and with the buyer in mind.

This is probably one of the few good stores in the world.
